Hi, I'm Tyana
With 10 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in barefoot massage. Certified in Ashiatsu since 2016, I’ve continued to refine my skills through advanced training and a deep commitment to ongoing education.
My journey began in Washington State and has taken me through New Mexico and Kentucky—places I've called home and that have each shaped my perspective in unique ways. I’ve trained in Washington, Texas, and Hawaii, gaining a diverse set of skills and insights. Now back in Washington, I bring a well-rounded, experience-driven approach to bodywork rooted in both personal and professional growth.
My approach is therapeutic yet deeply relaxing. Every session is uniquely tailored to meet you where you are—whether your goals include stress relief, pain management, or enhanced mobility. Sessions may also include hands-on techniques, Block Therapy, or a thoughtful combination of everything, depending on what your body needs.
I believe that healing begins with listening, and my goal is always the same: to help you feel your best—body and mind—with every session.
Barefoot Massage
What Is Barefoot Massage?
Barefoot massage is similar to traditional massage, but instead of using hands, I use my feet—allowing me to work with gravity and apply deep, even pressure that feels deeply relaxing, not painful.
Overhead bars provide support and control, so I can deliver strokes that are smooth, consistent, and perfectly calibrated to your comfort level.
Why Barefoot Massage?
- Deep, consistent pressure—without sharp elbows or thumbs
- Covers more surface area for flowing, efficient work
- Promotes deep relaxation and nervous system reset
- Enhances circulation and relieves tension
- Warms and softens large muscle groups
- Luxurious feel, with the benefits of deep tissue
- Barefoot massage is both therapeutic and restorative
Ideal for those looking to relax deeply while addressing chronic tension, pain, or mobility concerns.
Block Therapy
Block Therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses a handcrafted wooden block, combined with diaphragmatic breathing, to release deep fascial restrictions in the body.
Unlike foam or plastic tools, the wooden block shares a similar density to bone, allowing it to work more effectively with gravity and body weight to reach the deeper layers of tissue.
You’ll lie on the block in specific positions—each held for a minimum of three minutes. This creates a slow, sustained pressure that draws increased blood and oxygen into the area, warming the connective tissue and gently “melting” adhesions that limit mobility and cause pain.
You’ll also learn how to use diaphragmatic breathing to increase oxygen intake—up to 600% more—which enhances cellular repair and supports the body’s natural healing process.
Benefits of Block Therapy
- Pain relief and improved mobility
- Increased oxygen intake and circulation
- Better lymphatic drainage and toxin release
- Reduction in varicose veins, cellulite, and swelling
- Improved posture, flexibility, and range of motion
- Enhanced recovery from injuries and chronic conditions
- Relief from arthritis, carpal tunnel, and respiratory issues
- Boosted energy, skin health, and overall vitality
- Decreased anxiety and improved nervous system function
Just to name a few, there are so many benefits!!
