Booking a Session

When booking a session, whether it's online or over the phone, a credit card is required to reserve your spot.

 Your card will not be charged except for if Cancellation Policy needs to be applied.

Scheduling Online 

• Get started by creating your account
• Click the Login button
• Enter your Email Address
• Click Create Account

Follow the prompts on the screen to enter your personal information, including your full name, password and phone number

• Click Create Account
• Add New Card (required for booking)
• Proceed to Book

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with a second email containing your Intake/Consent Form. Please complete and sign this form prior to your session

Intake Form / Consent

All new clients are required to complete the intake and consent form prior to their first session. This ensures your safety, helps determine if this therapy is appropriate for you, and allows me to personalize your treatment based on your medical history and goals.

Arrival to your Appointment

Please have your intake form completed prior to your session.

Arriving 10–15 minutes early ensures a relaxed, unhurried experience and allows time to get settled.

If a late arrival is unavoidable, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the schedule stays on track. No full or partial refunds will be given for time lost due to late arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The Traveling Sole requires a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel or modify your appointment. The more notice, the better—many practices require 24 hours. Cancellations or changes made within 6 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled session to the card on file.

If a second occurrence should happen, 100% of the session fee will be charged.

I understand that life happens, and I will use discretion on a case-by-case basis.

To cancel or modify your appointment, you can:

Important: Appointments are not considered canceled or modified until we’ve spoken directly to confirm the change.

Late Arrival Policy

In the event you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting others.

I’ll do my best to make the most of the time we have, but please note that it may include brief intake, post-session discussion, or self-care guidance.

Full session fees apply regardless of actual massage time received. Appointment reminders are sent via email and text for your convenience.

No Show Policy

No-shows suck, they are disruptive and prevent others from booking. Your time is important and so is mine, so I have a strict no-show policy.

In the event that you don't show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged for the full session price.

If you have prepaid you will not receive a full or partial refund, you are paying for that missed time.

For future bookings, prepayment will be required.

Appointment time

Your appointment time is reserved for you.

 If you can’t make it, you may allow someone else to take your place, but they must:

• complete the intake/consent forms (prior to their session)
• arrive on time
  

Please note: Your card on file will be charged unless theirs is provided at the time of service. You’ll be responsible for arranging payment if needed.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash or debit/credit cards are accepted.
If you’d like to prepay, contact me and I’ll send an invoice through Square.

Please note: The Traveling Sole is a cash-based practice and does not accept or bill insurance providers.
