Booking a Session
When booking a session, whether it's online or over the phone, a credit card is required to reserve your spot.
Your card will not be charged except for if Cancellation Policy needs to be applied.
Scheduling Online in the Online Portal
- Get started by creating your account
- Click the Login button
- Enter your Email Address
- Click Create Account
Follow the prompts on the screen to enter your personal information, including your full name, password and phone number
- Click Create Account
- Add New Card (required for booking)
- Proceed to Book
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with a second email containing your Intake/Consent Form. Please complete and sign this form prior to your session
Accessing your Client Portal
I highly suggest adding the app to your phone's home screen to easily log in
to schedule, make changes, cancel and view your appointments.

Policies
Intake Form / Consent
All new clients must complete the intake and consent form before their first session. This ensures your safety, determines if the session is appropriate for you, and allows me to personalize your care.

Arrival to your Appointment
- Complete your intake and consent form prior to your session.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a relaxed experience.
- Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time; no full or partial refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum notice: 6 hours to cancel or reschedule. (Many practices require 24.)
- Less than 6 hours = 50% fee charged to the card on file.
- Second occurrence = 100% fee.
- I may use discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments are not considered canceled until confirmed directly.
Late Arrival Policy
- Sessions still end at the scheduled time to respect others.
- I’ll make the most of our time, which may include intake, follow-up, or self-care suggestions.
- Full session fees apply regardless of actual time received.
Appointment reminders are sent via
email and text for your convenience.
No Show Policy
No-shows suck, they are disruptive and prevent others from booking. Your time is important and so is mine, so I have a strict no-show policy.
- No call/no show = full session fee charged.
- Prepaid sessions are forfeited.
- Future bookings require prepayment.
Appointment time
- You may send someone in your place for Barefoot Massage (with advance notice, completed intake forms, and arranged payment).
- ⚠️ Fascia Bodywork sessions and packages are non-transferable.
Payment
- Payment is due at the end of each session (cash, debit/credit accepted).
- Prepay available upon request (Square invoice).
- This is a cash-based practice and does not accept or bill insurance.
Disclaimer
All services are professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual. Sessions may include massage therapy, fascia bodywork/Block Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. These services are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care. Clients are responsible for communicating health history and comfort levels.
