What Is Block Therapy?
Block Therapy is a unique self-care practice that uses a specially designed bamboo block, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle compression to release fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that weaves through your entire body — when it’s tight or restricted, it can cause pain, poor posture, and limited movement.
With Block Therapy, you place the block under specific areas of your body, breathe deeply, and allow the fascia to soften and melt. Many people describe it as feeling like a deep massage you can give yourself at home

At The Traveling Sole, I offer Fascia Bodywork with Block Therapy — clothed sessions on a heated table where I guide you through block positions, breath cues, and finishing techniques.
