Purchasing a Block Therapy Package From The Traveling Sole

Purchase your Block Therapy Starter Program locally through The Traveling Sole with your choice of one or both blocks. Choose a fully self-guided package or a Supported Start package that includes a 30-minute in-office setup session.

1. Choose a self-guided or Supported Start package with one or both blocks.
2. After purchase, program access is granted through the Block Therapy platform.
3. If purchasing one block, I will contact you to confirm your selection before placing the order.
4. Blocks are ordered after purchase and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks unless already in stock.
5. You will be contacted to arrange pickup at The Traveling Sole in East Wenatchee.
6. Supported Start setup sessions must be completed within one month of purchase.

Block Therapy packages offered through The Traveling Sole are available in two formats:

• Starter Program packages are ideal for clients who prefer a fully self-directed experience and are comfortable navigating the program independently.
• Supported Start packages include a 30-minute one-on-one setup session for those who would like assistance with program access, dashboard navigation, diaphragmatic breathing, foundational block use, and getting started confidently.
  
  

All options provide access to the official Block Therapy Starter Program. The difference is the level of support included at the beginning.

Step 1: After Your Purchase

Next steps depend on the Block Therapy option you selected.

• If you purchase one block: I will contact you to confirm the most appropriate block selection (Block Buddy or Block Baby) based on your body, comfort level, and experience.
• If you purchase both blocks (Block Buddy + Block Baby): No block-selection follow-up is needed, as both blocks are included.
  
  

Your block selection becomes final once the order has been placed.

After purchase, access to the Block Therapy Starter Program is granted using the email provided at checkout.

Once access has been granted, you will receive an email prompting you to create your profile within the Block Therapy dashboard.

All onboarding emails, required acknowledgments, and program access are managed directly through the Block Therapy platform.

Supported Start packages include one 30-minute in-office setup session covering program access, dashboard navigation, diaphragmatic breathing, and foundational block use. This session must be scheduled and completed within one (1) month of purchase.

Physical blocks are ordered after purchase and are fulfilled separately from digital program access.

Typical fulfillment time is approximately 2–3 weeks unless blocks are already in stock. Timing depends on supplier processing and shipping.

While waiting for your block(s), you may use a rolled towel in place of the block to begin familiarizing yourself with the program.

Some packages include limited setup support; however, the program content itself is completed independently.

This program does not include hands-on treatment, massage therapy, physical therapy, medical care, or diagnosis.
