Booking and Confirmation
All appointments are requested online through the booking system. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your session.
First-time appointment requests are reviewed before confirmation. Established-client bookings may be confirmed automatically. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
Forms and Arrival
Intake and consent forms are sent automatically with every appointment confirmation. New clients must complete them before their first appointment. Returning clients who have already completed the forms may disregard the request unless asked to submit an updated form.
Cancellations and No-Shows
A minimum of six hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than six hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged the full scheduled service fee. Prepaid sessions are forfeited.
Appointments may be modified through your client portal or by calling or texting (509) 861-6008. Future bookings may require prepayment after a missed appointment.
Payment, Insurance and Superbills
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid. Cash and debit or credit cards are accepted.
The Traveling Sole is a private-pay practice and does not bill or accept insurance.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill for massage therapy services that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

Please provide complete health information and report any changes in your health or medications. Some conditions may require the session to be modified, postponed or approved by a medical provider.
Barefoot massage and bodywork are available to clients age 18 and older.
Professional Scope and Conduct
All appointments are professional and strictly nonsexual. Inappropriate or sexual behavior will end the session immediately, and the full session fee will apply.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or perform spinal or joint manipulation. Services are not a substitute for medical care.
