Purchasing a Block Therapy Program From The Traveling Sole
This page outlines the full details for purchasing Block Therapy through The Traveling Sole, including the process, expectations, and policies so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
At a Glance: How It Works
- You purchase a Block Therapy package through The Traveling Sole.
- Program access is granted via email and you create your Block Therapy login.
- Block selection is confirmed (if purchasing one block).
- Your block(s) are ordered (typically 2–3 weeks for arrival).
- You may begin the program at home using a rolled towel while waiting for your block(s), or wait until they arrive.
- Once your block(s) arrive, in-office pickup is arranged.
Choosing the Right Option
Block Therapy packages offered through The Traveling Sole are available in two formats:
- Starter Program packages are ideal for clients who prefer a fully self-directed experience and are comfortable navigating the program independently.
- Supported Start packages include a one-on-one setup session for those who would like additional guidance with program access, dashboard navigation, and getting started confidently.
All options provide access to the official Block Therapy Starter Program. The difference is the level of support included at the beginning.
The included setup session must be scheduled and completed within
one (1) month of purchase.
Step 1: After You Purchase
Next steps depend on the Block Therapy option you selected.
- If you purchase one block: I will contact you to confirm the most appropriate block selection (Block Buddy or Block Baby) based on your body, comfort level, and experience.
- If you purchase both blocks (Block Buddy + Block Baby): No follow-up is required, as both blocks are included.
Block selection is finalized after purchase and before the block(s) are ordered.

Not sure which block to get?
Consider getting both.
Having both blocks allows for greater versatility in your Block Therapy practice. Many people use both blocks together in certain positions (often called “double blocking”) to adjust support, depth, and comfort depending on the area of the body. Having both options makes it easier to work with different body regions and adapt as your practice evolves over time.
Step 2: Program Access
After purchase, access to the Block Therapy Starter Program is granted using the email provided at checkout.
You will have immediate access and will be prompted to create your profile within the Block Therapy dashboard to begin.
All onboarding emails, required acknowledgments, and program access are managed directly through the Block Therapy platform.
For Supported Start packages, a one-on-one setup session is included to assist with program access and dashboard navigation. This session must be scheduled and completed within one (1) month of purchase.
Step 3: Block Ordering & In-Office Pickup
Physical blocks are ordered after purchase and are fulfilled separately from digital program access.
Typical fulfillment time is approximately
2–3 weeks, depending on supplier processing and shipping.
While waiting for your block(s), you may use a rolled towel in place of the block to begin familiarizing yourself with the program.
Once your block(s) have arrived, you will be contacted to coordinate in-office pickup at:
631 Okoma Dr., Omak, WA 98841
Fulfillment timelines are outside the provider’s control.
